If you live in area where it snows winter skin can be the worse. Artificial heat strips moisture from your skin and can leave you skin dry. That dry skin can be irritating and cause other skin issues. So what is the secret to stop dry skin at the door?
1. Use a humidifier
Humidifiers are a great way to put some of that much needed moisture back in the air. Having more moisture in the air can act as a moisturizer and relieve dry skin. Here is a one of the top humidifiers Levoit.
2. Moisturize Right out the Shower
This may seem obvious, but you would be surprise at how many half do or skip this step. Once you get out the shower pat yourself dry leaving a bit of moisture on your skin. Then use a butter like Alignment to lock in the moisture.

3. Switch up your Routine
Your winter routine should not be the same as your summer routine. Playclose attention to the differences in your skin's needs and change up accordingly. For instance I exfoliate less and use more thicker creams in the winter. In the Summer my skin care consist more of lotions and mists.
The most important takeaway is listen to your body and tend to its needs! Drink plenty of water and stay moisturized and Gleaux Babes!
