SHIPPING POLICY

All Shipping is done by USPS ore UPS at the standard rate of 4.99 and handling of 2.99.

PICK-UP AND DROP -OFF WILL BE AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, there will be no returns or exchanges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

In the event there is a shipping issue or damage Conscious Gleaux will gladly replace the damage item. Notification of this must be emailed with pictures within 48 hours of receiving the goods in order to rectify the issue.


To be eligible for a replacement, your item(s) must have arrived damaged. There will be no exchanges for personal dislike or allergies. * Please Patch Test the products before use all over body.

To start a return, you can contact us at consciousgleaux@gmail.com.  Include an order number and pictures of the product(s) If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
